Background

All parts required for repairs must be readily available to ensure timely service.
- Replacement parts must meet OEM standards and require approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) before installation.
- The contractor must provide quotes for any new equipment or parts not covered under Part 11 of the PWS through a bilateral contract modification if necessary.
- Specific items to be quoted include various electrical components, sensors, locks, and control systems as detailed in the price schedule.
Each item has specific requirements that must be adhered to, such as quoting separately for similar items listed distinctly in the schedule.
Additionally, certifications from the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) are required for technicians working on this contract.
