1. The Government has a requirement in support of Space Test Development and Execution (STCDE) for the Test Pilot School located at Air Force Material Command (AFMC), U.S. Air Force, Edwards AFB (EAFB) CA. The contract will provide for developmental and execution of curriculum services and activities.

2. The period of performance anticipated for this contract effort is 30 June 2022 through 29 June 2027. Contractor is required to review, complete and submit with their proposal all provisions and attachments, if applicable, as specified in the solicitation. The anticipated contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract with contract line items for Firm Fixed Price support. Please include the attached excel spreadsheet showing the price detail, and formulas. The Government also requests a proposal for Task Order 0001.

3. Review the attached documents and identify any concerns or questions so that we may resolve any issues prior to successful negotiation. The solicitation is a working document and may be changed for improvements. Please make recommendations or ask questions as they are identified so that we can meet our planned award date. Questions are due by 11 Apr 2022.

4. It is requested that your proposal be submitted as soon as practical, but no later than close of business 21 Apr 2022 to allow for analysis and processing.
