Description

The MCTSSA Test and Engineering Division (T&ED) provides support for the integration, validation, and certification of C5I and other Tactical Data Systems (TDS). The Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Program's primary areas of responsibility are the development and maintenance of Tactical Data Exchange Standards and Technical Interoperability Standards, and the performance of Interoperability Certification Testing and analysis.

Background
The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Test and Engineering Division (T&ED) is responsible for supporting the integration, validation, and certification of C5I and other Tactical Data Systems (TDS).

The Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Program focuses on developing and maintaining Tactical Data Exchange Standards and Technical Interoperability Standards, as well as conducting Interoperability Certification Testing and analysis.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes:
- Providing support for JINTACCS services over a base year and four option years.
- Delivering travel services related to JINTACCS support.
- Ensuring that all services meet the terms, conditions, and specifications described in the PWS.
- The contract includes a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for monthly support services and cost reimbursement for travel expenses.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years, consisting of a base year followed by four option years.
