AMENDED Estimated 45 Parking Space Services for Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23)   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), is seeking to procure parking space services for its employees working at the Warren E. Burger Federal Building in St. Paul, MN.

The goal of this contract is to provide an estimated 45 off-site parking spots and passes to facilitate employee access to the federal building.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, personnel, management, equipment, and supplies required for the provision of parking spots and passes.

The contractor facility must meet the following criteria:
1) Be located within a two-block radius of the Warren E. Burger Federal Building;
2) Provide access to the St. Paul Skyway;
3) Be at most four blocks via Skyway from the Warren E. Burger Federal Building.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting from the date of award, with four option years that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the government.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within a two-block radius of the Warren E. Burger Federal Building located at 316 Robert St. N., St Paul, MN 55101.
