Background
The solicitation is for the 403rd ASFB Movement of Government Furniture, Equipment, Signage, Safes, and Appliances at Camp Henry, Korea. The period of performance is from 1 Feb 2024 to 30 Mar 2024. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, wrapping, packing material, and boxes to move and protect government office equipment, furniture, safes, supplies, signage, and paper products. They must also provide trucks and equipment for the movement of these items as detailed in the schedule of services. The contractor is responsible for disassembling modular furniture, loading, transporting, unloading and reassembling modular furniture, equipment, safes, supplies, signage, and paper products at the new location as indicated on the plan’s layout. Additionally, they are required to prepare the loading and unloading area to diminish potential damage to the parking lot, grounds sidewalks, stairways, and buildings.
