Background
This solicitation is for U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service Job Corps Outreach and Admissions and Career Transition Services (OA/CTS) for the San Francisco Region supporting Job Corps Civilian Conservation Centers located in the States of Oregon and Washington. The goal of the Job Corps program is to teach job and social skills to disadvantaged young adults to help them obtain education and training, find good-paying jobs, and become independent.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, services, and personnel to operate OA and CTS to ensure that a sufficient number of disadvantaged Job Corps-eligible youth are enrolled in specified Job Corps Centers and services leading to employment and long-term attachment to the workforce. The tasks include Contract Management, Phase-In, Outreach and Admissions, Career Transition Services, and Phase-Out.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 06/01/2023 to 03/31/2028 with various option years for different centers.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Civilian Conservation Centers located in the States of Oregon and Washington.
