Amend 02 Facilities Support Services in support of DIA, Region IV, Natl Capital Region   3

Background
The overall objective of this acquisition is to provide Facility Support Services at Defense Intelligence Agency facilities in the National Capitol Region at Defense Intelligence Agency Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., Fort Detrick, MD; Reston, VA, the Defense Logistics Operations Center, the Pentagon; Charlottesville, VA, and other DIA facilities listed in the performance work statement attachment. The contract requires a Top Secret (TS) facility security clearance for the contractor and their employees. The solicitation is a 100% competitive 8(a) Set Aside in accordance with Small Business Administration. The assigned SBA Requirement Number is PD1673041207I.

Work Details
The contract requires Facility Support Services including Management Services, Preventive Maintenance Services, Corrective Maintenance Services, Snow and Ice Removal Services, and Service Contract Reporting. The services are to be provided at various DIA facilities in the National Capitol Region as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The offeror must submit their proposal in electronic (.pdf) format by 2 PM CST on 17 February 2023. The proposal must include full, accurate, and complete information as required by the RFP.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract ranges from 01-APR-2023 to 30-SEP-2027 for different services and option years.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Defense Intelligence Agency Headquarters (DIAC), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington D.C.; Fort Detrick, MD; Reston, VA; the Defense Logistics Operations Center (DLOC); the Pentagon; Charlottesville, VA; and other DIA facilities in the National Capitol Region.
