AMEND 0001 - DISA Travel Telecommunications Services (DTTS)-V Contract   4

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is issuing this contract to provide temporary telecommunications services to support the DISA Field Element's travel mission requirements.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that appropriate telecommunications infrastructure is in place at various locations throughout the continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, and Hawaii.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a full range of telecommunications services, including voice and data services installed at designated locations such as airports, event sites, and press offices.

Specific tasks include:
1) Ordering - The contractor must track orders and be available 24/7/365 to receive requests. They must respond to correspondence from the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) within 30 minutes.
2) Installation - The contractor is responsible for the installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, operation, coordination of repairs, modification, moving, disconnecting, and removing all telecommunications services as directed by the Trip Lead.
3) Documentation - At the conclusion of each mission, services provided will be documented on DISA Form 67 for government acceptance and payment purposes. The contractor must not exceed authorized service levels without proper modification from DITCO.

Period of Performance
The contract will provide services for temporary telecommunications needs not to exceed 90 days per mission.

Place of Performance
Various locations throughout CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii.
