***UPDATE** The SF1449 is hereby replaced with the correct SF1449 for Brussels/Shape, Belgium, which reflects HE125424R2008 in Block 5.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single or multiple single, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for Brussels/SHAPE Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. Services will be for a potential 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-months service in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single or multiple single, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for Brussels/SHAPE Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. Work Details
The contractor shall provide Daily Commute (DC) Student Transportation Services (STS) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes providing vehicles and drivers to transport passengers on specified route schedules IAW the PWS. The contractor shall also provide Safety Attendants and Safety Aides IAW the PWS. Additionally, the contractor shall provide Career Practicum runs and Late Activity runs IAW the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a potential 5-year period, including a Base Period of one year and four one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-month service in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

The geographic location for performance is Brussels/SHAPE, Belgium.
