SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONTracking Number: W912ER22R0041Title: Saudi Personal Service Contract (PSC) for Monitoring Construction ProjectsThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and be evaluated by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Refer to the attachments for more details.This acquisition is for a Personal Service Contract (PSC) to provide qualified Local National (LN), Other Country National (OCN), and EXPAT personnel to assist the Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) with monitoring construction projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
