Description

The purpose of this Contract is to provide engineering support for the 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. Support includes, but is not limited to aerospace storage and preservation, aircraft parts reclamation, aircraft regeneration, depot-level maintenance overflow, and aircraft disposal. The contractor shall provide engineering professionals with detailed knowledge of process and facility engineering standards, concepts, and practices to assist the government with identifying, defining, validating, and implementing processes for technical requirements. The proposed contract will be a single award Type C contract, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), service contract with a one (1) year base contract and three (3) 1-year options periods to extend services.

Background
The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering support for the 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. The mission of AMARG is to manage aerospace storage and preservation, aircraft parts reclamation, aircraft regeneration, depot-level maintenance overflow, and aircraft disposal. The goal of this contract is to assist the government in identifying, defining, validating, and implementing processes for technical requirements through the provision of engineering professionals with detailed knowledge of process and facility engineering standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a range of engineering support services including:
- Aerospace storage and preservation
- Aircraft parts reclamation
- Aircraft regeneration
- Depot-level maintenance overflow
- Aircraft disposal
The contractor must have expertise in process and facility engineering standards to effectively assist the government in meeting its technical requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one (1) year base period with three (3) additional one-year option periods for extension. The performance period for each line item is from June 9, 2025, to June 8, 2026.
