Background
The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of an Alvey TT-84 Turntable Pot Pan Utensil Washer or equal. The goal of this contract is to acquire a high-efficiency commercial item that meets specific operational requirements, in line with the agency's mission to maintain effective and efficient operations within its facilities.

Work Details
The requirement includes the following items and specifications:

1. **Turntable Pot Pan Utensil Washer (Alvey TT-84 or Equal)**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Specifications:
- NSF Certified
- Standard Warranty: One (1) year parts and labor
- Installation includes removal of existing unit and turn-in to Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO).
- Must fit within a space of 16'W x 10'D x 10'H, approximately 1,660 cubic feet for unit, steam piping, ventilation, and electrical connections.
- Steam powered wash and rinse cycles with temperature gauges.
- 15HP wash pump with TEFC motor.
- Steam injector tank heat with automatic temperature control.
- Factory mounted steam powered booster heater.
- Exhaust fan with selector switch and wiring.
- Inlets for detergent and rinse additive piping.
- Electric powered wash carousel accommodating 31” diameter mixing bowls and standard 18”x26” sheet pans.
- 29” tunnel opening.
- Lift off access panel/doors with integrated interlock safety switches.
- Electrical requirements: 208/120V, three-phase, 40Amp max.

Delivery must be F.O.B. Destination to USAFA, CO 80840, including all applicable shipping costs factored into the unit price.

Period of Performance
Delivery must occur within 180 days after receipt of order (ARO).
