Background
The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has a requirement for Aluminum Powder, Spherical Type IV MIL-PRF-23950B Type IV as an ingredient used in the ordnance production of the high-energy Plastic-Bonded Explosive, PBXN-109, MIL-DTL-82886A Table VI. The contract is issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island.

Work Details
The contract requires 1,672,800 pounds of Aluminum Powder, Spherical Type IV. The material shall be shipped in 55-gallon drums with anti-static liners and palletized. The delivery schedule has been revised from that stated in the Solicitation, and an official Amendment will be forthcoming.

Period of Performance
Delivery schedule has been revised from the original Solicitation and will be detailed in an official Amendment.

Place of Performance
The product shall be delivered to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant located at 1C Tree Road, McAlester, OK 74501-5000.
