Altus South (Commercial) Gate ADAL, Altus Air Force Base, OK   3

The is a competitive small business set aside solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract which will be awarded usingthe Best Value Trade-Off Process to construct a standard design Entry Control Point (ECP) at the South Gate of AltusAir Force Base (AFB), OK. The project includes a gatehouse; identification (ID) check area canopy; overwatchposition designed for a single vehicle; dedicated commercial parking spaces/queue; prefabricated commercial vehicleinspection waiting area inclusive of restrooms; new concrete roadway; removal of existing roadway; new dedicatedparking layout for the Visitor Control Center (VCC); traffic-control systems; site development; utilities andconnections; site walkway lighting; storm drainage and management, traffic control measures and signage. Electricaland communications features will also be required consisting of fire alarm; electrical hookups for a standby generator;closed-circuit television (CCTV); traffic detection system; passive and active vehicle barriers (PVB and AVBs), andcybersecurity.
