This is an AWARD NOTICE that on 26 September 2020, the 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph AFB, TX awarded a 5-year Estimated Quantity, Requirements Contract for Alterations and Fitting Services with a performance period from 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2025. This requirement is for Alterations and Fittings Services in direct support of the Air Force's basic military training mission at JBSA-Lackland; solicited from 2 July 2020 to 14 August 2020 under FA301620R0028. The 502d Logistics Readiness Squadron issues military uniforms to an estimated 40,000 active-duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve non-prior service trainees annually.

The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 811490 with the size standard of $8M. The Service Contract Act applies to this requirement under the product/service code (PSC) S209.

The contract was awarded to Hartwood Consulting Group, under a 100% Small Business set aside and is hereby referred to as the awardee. The place of performance is JBSA Lackland, San Antonio TX 78236.
