Altec Units and Chassis Preventative Maintenance Services

Background
The Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) requires preventative maintenance services for three Altec Units and Chassis. The objective of this contract is to ensure that these vehicles receive necessary maintenance, including Department of Transportation inspections, annual dielectric testing, and corrective and emergency repairs.

This is a non-personnel services contract, meaning the contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the required services. The contractor will be accountable solely to the agency without any supervision from the government.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Preventative Maintenance (PM) Inspection: Conduct one bumper-to-bumper service per year for three Altec Units and Chassis.
2. Annual Oil Change and Inspection: Perform oil changes and inspections annually for the same vehicles.
3. Emergency and Corrective PM Repair and Parts: Provide corrective maintenance repairs and emergency repairs as needed, with a Not to Exceed (NTE) limit of $20,000 per year. This includes adherence to Fair Labor Standards Act wage determinations.
4. Rental of Equipment: As specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), this option line item also has an NTE value of $20,000 per year.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from September 26, 2025, to September 25, 2026. There are options for four additional one-year periods following the base year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex located at 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155.
