ALR-56M/56C RADAR WARNING RECEIVER SYSTEMS INTEGRATED SUPPORT STATION (ISS) Services and Technical support

Background
This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements sustain, modify, and update the ALR-56M/56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) System Integrated Support Station (ISS) for engineering services and technical support for the F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS), AN/ALR-56M/56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Integrated Support Station (ISS) and other interfaced systems and processes. The acquisition strategy is a ten (10) year effort Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from FY2025-2035 for ISS engineering services and technical support with one-year basic, four (4) pre-negotiated one-year options, and five (5) one-year options to be negotiated.

Work Details
The first purpose of this task is to provide engineering services and technical support of the AN/ALR-56M ISS, and other interfaced systems and processes. The ISS and HBM are tools for testing the changes to the Operational Flight Program (OFP) and Mission Data (MD) software for the AN/ALR-56M RWR in the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) at Robins AFB, GA.

The second purpose of this task is to provide for contractor engineering services and technical support for F-15 TEWS ISS with specific emphasis on the AN/ALR-56C RWR and other interfaced F-15 TEWS subsystems and processes.
