ALQ-214: F/A-18 ADAPTIVE RADAR COUNTERMEASURES (ARC) – THREAT RADAR MODEL DEVELOPMENT   2

The Naval Air Systems Command awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification under N0001919C0051 on a sole source basis to Leidos Inc., in support of ALQ-214: F/A-18 Adaptive Radar Countermeasures (ARC) Threat Radar Model Development Procurement. This procurement will support the design, development, and integration of a threat radar model into existing stimulators at the Electronic Combat Stimulation Branch for open and close loop EW testing with F/A-18.

These requirements were procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Leidos, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the production hardware system and is the only firm that can provide these supplies.
