D/B/B new construction of a high-bay multi-aircraft maintenance hangar and shops for the Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center at Alpena County Regional Airport, MI.

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the new construction of a high-bay multi-aircraft maintenance hangar and shops for the Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center at Alpena County Regional Airport, MI.

As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Brand Name Sole Source - Siemens Talon HVAC Control Software - Required to integrate into the existing building systems as they are the base standard.

Brand Name Sole Source - Monaco Enterprises Incorporated - Required for combined fire security and life safety equipment as the base standard.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 12 April 2023 to jessica.k.moss@usace.army.mil.
