D/B/B Alpena ANG Aircraft Hangar and Maintenance Shops at Alpena, MI.

This is a full and open procurement. In accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes tasks such as developing the list of course attendees in coordination with and signed by the HVAC shop supervisor, providing training manuals with detailed content including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, calibration, adjustment, commissioning, tuning, and repair procedures for HVAC systems. It also requires submission of hardcopy training manuals and all training materials on CD-ROM along with other specific documentation submittal requirements.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Alpena County Regional Airport in Michigan.
