Background
The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for All Ports Denmark in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will cover the full spectrum of handling surface moving cargo to include its receipt through disposition, and processing cargo for simultaneous shipments via multiple surface modes of transportation as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their appointed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Alternative Contracting Officer's Representative (ACOR).

Work Details
The Contractor's performance requirements are detailed in a performance-based contract. The Contractor's performance will be measured against the performance objectives listed in the Contractor Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The contract also includes a Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP), Quality Control Inspection Checklists (QCIC), and Quality Control Files (QCF). The USG will evaluate the Contractor's performance under the contract using the methods of surveillance specified in the PRS. The Contractor shall meet weekly with the COR and/or the CO during the first month of the contract, with meetings held as often as necessary thereafter as determined by the COR.
