Description

The purpose of this posting is to solicit for the Algae Removal/Pressure requirement.

Description: The government is in need for Algae Removal/Pressure Washing Services at AB Won Pat International.

Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Background
The government is seeking Algae Removal and Pressure Washing Services at AB Won Pat International Airport. This requirement is part of the efforts to maintain operational safety and efficiency at the airport, ensuring that aircraft taxing and parking areas are free from algae and debris.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to power wash, clean, and remove algae as well as foreign objects and debris (FOD) at AB Won Pat International Airport. Specific tasks include:

1) Removing all dirt and algae buildup;
2) Power washing designated areas within the 'Play Box' as defined in Attachment 02;
3) Ensuring that all work activities do not negatively impact existing operational capabilities of the airport;
4) Conducting work during standard hours (Monday-Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time), with any deviations requiring prior approval;
5) Contractor personnel must be escorted by airport personnel at all times;
6) Access to a water source will be provided by the facility for power washing operations.
