Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract modification on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Austin, Texas. The contract action will procure additional repairs of Digital Control Display Units (DCDU) and Technical support Services.

This acquisition was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 3204 (a)(1) (formerly known as 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1)), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
