This Solicitation, W912BU25QA009, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below:

This procurement action is for ALCO Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engine parts for use on the Dredge McFarland.
Inspection and Acceptance: At Delivery.

Period of Performance: Delivery shall be no later 14 days after date of the award.

Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, published 25 April 2025.

This solicitation is set aside100% for small business under NAICS Code 336611- Ship building and Repairing. The small business size standard is 1300 employees.

Quotes shall be emailed to Noelle Griest at noelle.c.griest@usace.army.mil and Domenic Sestito Jr at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM EST on Monday, 09May 2025. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

Background
This solicitation, W912BU25QA009, is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers for the procurement of ALCO Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engine parts specifically for use on the Dredge McFarland. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of genuine ALCO parts to maintain operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of specific ALCO parts as follows:
1. Gear, Ring (3 piece bolted set) - ALCO Part Number: 2351244-1, Quantity: 2
2. Capscrew - ALCO Part Number: 2151352-1, Quantity: 60
3. Lockwasher - ALCO Part Number: 2151311-1, Quantity: 60
All parts must be genuine ALCO OEM production and quality. The delivery must be made within 14 days after award and shipped prepaid to Fort Mifflin Dist Center, US Army Corps of Engineers, located at 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

Packaging requirements include a waterproof envelope with a packing list affixed to each carton indicating contents with ALCO part numbers, item descriptions, and quantities. Metal items must be preserved with a suitable liquid preservative or light machine oil to prevent rusting.
