Albuquerque Vehicle Storage and Parking

Background
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Albuquerque Field Office (FO) requires a secured parking facility located within a reasonable distance from their office at 201 3rd St. NW #1555, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.

The primary goal is to ensure that the facility provides 24/7 access to the parking garage for official and personally owned vehicles.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a 'Commercial Rental for Secured Vehicle Storage' which includes:
- Reserved vehicle storage/parking spaces for government and personally owned vehicles.
- Secure inside vehicle storage/parking spaces with specific dimensions for various vehicle types including trucks, SUVs, trailers, and sedans.
- 24/7 access to the facility.
- The facility must be located within a fifteen-mile radius of the field office.
- Controlled access to the secure vehicle storage/parking facility with electronically controlled keypads or key-card readers at entry points.
- Adequate illumination in parking storage and access areas to ensure security and personal safety (minimum of 10 foot-candle level).
- Continuous video surveillance of the facility.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance will commence upon award and extend until March 31, 2027, with four optional extensions of twelve months each from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2031.
