Description

In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act 915 USC 637(a)(1)) and FAR Subpart 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the SBA and the DoD, the Contracting Officer elected to offer a direct award of the AKARNG Telecommunications Support Services requirement to Ahtna Global, LLC, a qualified Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) in good standing within the 8(a) program. The SBA accepted the Contracting Officer's offering letter on 13 January 2023 and assigned SBA Requirement Number UO1673634684C.
