1. This is a Sources Sought Notice, FA442724QZ066, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition.

The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, plans to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide upgrades to equipment, including install, and training of current Monaco Enterprise Alarm System to support emergency response, incident mitigation, fire station security, Emergency Communications Center (ECC) security, vehicle location tracking, and fire alarm system mapping. For additional information, see attached draft Statement of Work (See Attachment 1).

This is a Sources Sought Announcement; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. It is published for informational and planning purposes only and not as a request for competitive quotations, therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement.

The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, their size classification relative to the NAICS Code, and obtain feedback of a draft SOW to better understand the industry standard. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.

Business concerns responding to this sources sought should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responders are encouraged to submit questions or suggestions in response to this posting concerning attached draft requirements documents. Please limit your response to 3 pages except for questions or comments about the SOW, which should be included on separate pages. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought and shall include the following information and response to the questions below:

1. What are your company's capabilities to perform and/or hire qualified personnel and or subcontractors for this type of acquisition?

2. Percentage of the work your company is able to perform for these services in the socio- economic categories you have identified. Identify whether your company would team with another small business in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio- economic categories. The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate.

3. A capability statement, including summary of relevant performance history (with points of contact and applicable telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses, if available) within the past three years.

4. Do you currently have a government contract?

5. Discuss any questions or comments about the draft SOW.

Background
The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, is seeking to establish a firm-fixed price contract for upgrades to the Monaco Enterprise Alarm System. This initiative aims to enhance emergency response capabilities, incident mitigation, fire station security, Emergency Communications Center (ECC) security, vehicle location tracking, and fire alarm system mapping.

The goal is to ensure compliance with Air Force cybersecurity standards and improve system performance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide and install one (1) replacement CPU (S1) at Bldg. 380A - Security Forces Comm Room, including configuration with the current D-21 database and software licenses transfer.
2. Provide and install one (1) replacement CPU (S2) at Bldg. 38 - Fire Station 1 Comm Room with similar requirements as S1.
3. Upgrade CPUs S1, S2, EMC1, EMC2 with MNS software; upgrade VG1, VIDC1, VIDC2, EMC1, EMC2 to Windows 11 OS; harden servers/workstations per DISA STIG checklists; verify network connectivity; validate system performance post-installation; provide up to 4 hours of D-21 operator training on-site; and deliver documentation including Bill of Materials and testing results.
