The U.S. Embassy in Nassau has a requirement for Alarm Monitoring Services to enhance security for its diplomatic residences and office locations in Freeport and Nassau, Bahamas. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable monitoring and response capabilities for alarm systems installed at these locations, thereby supporting the Embassy's mission of maintaining safety and security.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and install self-monitored security/alarm systems at each diplomatic residence and office location under the U.S. Embassy Mission in The Bahamas. The alarm systems must interface with a central alarm monitoring system (CAMS) via radio signal, utilizing repeaters as necessary. Key components include:
- Window/Door Contact Sensors or Motion Detectors
- Hand-Held Panic Buttons
- Long-life lithium batteries for wireless sensors
- A central alarm panel with a minimum of five (5) zones
- Two (2) LED keypads
- Radio reporting capability
- Video Doorbell
- Electrical connection with battery backup (24 hours minimum)
- Glass break sensors, infra-red detectors/radar motion detectors, magnetic contact sensors
- Hard wired and hand-held panic alarm buttons
- One (1) interior and one exterior siren with strobe light.
The Contractor is responsible for testing, maintenance, and repair of the systems, ensuring they meet U.S. industry standards for reliability and performance.
