Al Qassim Simulator, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia   3

The Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) is seeking interest and capabilities of experienced construction contractors of performing the construction of a simulator building along with all supporting facilities including electric services, water, sewer, gas, paving, walks, curbs, gutters, drainage, site improvements, demolition, and information systems at the Royal Saudi Land Forces Air Command (RSLFAC) Aviation Institute at Al Qassim, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All construction and other associated efforts shall be done in accordance with local building codes and internationally recognized standards with respect to safety and general construction, and as described in these documents.

Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, General Building Requirements and UFC 1-200-02, High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements.

The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000.

This office anticipates release of the Solicitation late March 2022, with an award of a contract for these services by May 2022.
