Amendment 0001: Uploaded Attachment 12.0 Airfield Pavement IDIQ - Pre-Proposal Conference Slides CONTRACTING ACTIVITY: 18TH CONTRACTING SQUADRON CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is for the Airfield Pavement Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity at Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. The solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Pre-Priced Single Award IDIQ with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) 1- year option and maximum six (6) months option to extend services. The program ceiling amount is $20,000,000.00 (JPY equivalent).DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work for airfield pavement may include, but is not limited to, slab replacement, new Portland Cement Concrete/Asphalt Concrete (PCC/AC) pavement, full/partial depth spall repair, pavement markings with paint, replace joint seal, crack repair, rubber removal, install/replace tie downs and ground points, mill and overlay AC pavements, hydro seeding/sodding, AC pavement shoulder, provide base/subbase course, grooving, and all pavement and concrete repair related works. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, Product Service Code (PSC) Z2BD - Repair or Alteration of Airport Runways and Taxiways. NOTE: This requirement will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in Okinawa Prefecture.
