Airfield Lighting Quarterly Patches

Background
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice to determine the availability and technical capability of large and small businesses to provide the required products and/or services. It does not constitute a solicitation and quotes shall not be submitted for this effort. 375 CONS is seeking sources technically capable of fulfilling the requirement defined in the attached Statement of Work.

Work Details
The purpose of this project is to have the proprietary manufacturer of the Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCS), ADB Safegate, perform a quarterly Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) of the ALCS system at SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE. The PMA is necessary to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities, maintain the Authority to Operate (ATO) from AFCEC, and prevent AF mission impact.
The requirement is for the purchase of a quarterly Preventive Maintenance Agreement for the ALCS system at Scott AFB. The contractor shall purchase, install, program, and provide all equipment/software necessary to perform quarterly preventative maintenance for the SAFB Airfield Lighting System in the SAFB tower and vault outlined in the PMA proposal provided by ADB.
Before departure of each quarterly visit, ADB shall demonstrate a full function test of ALCS system to ensure proper operation of said system and provide all supporting RMF paperwork included with a detailed trip report within 2 weeks of departure.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILLINOIS.
