Background
The Department of the Air Force Headquarters Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center is issuing a solicitation notice for Aircrew Training Device / Aircrew Training Aid Services (ATA/ATD Recompete). The overall scope of this effort is to provide professional training services and products at Detachment 9 (Det 9), Air Combat Command (ACC) Training Support Squadron (TRSS), Luke Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona. The services and products are provided to ACC, other United States Air Force (USAF) Major Commands, and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish labor and management support, tailor services to satisfy specific customer requirements, plan, design, develop, implement, approve, administer, evaluate, and manage Air Force programs and system devices using the current policy, procedures, and guidance. They are also responsible for developing products to support high-risk, high-visibility, just-in-time training on various topics such as weapon system and subsystem familiarization, concepts of operations, mission planning, normal/abnormal procedures, and various forms of prerequisite and ancillary training events.
Additionally, the contractor must provide professional guidance, troubleshooting, modifications, production, and solutions on all education and training matters such as training policies and philosophies, training strategies, instructional system design (ISD) practices, test and measurement, instructional product development, technology in education and training, ATA/ATD development and acquisition, and training program administration and management. They are also required to provide on-call life cycle maintenance services and support for ATDs/ATAs including repairs, upgrading/updating hardware and software, reconfigurations, modifications, relocations, and reinstallations.
Furthermore, the contractor must provide status reporting and reviews for current projects and taskings as well as maintain a task/project tracker and master schedule in accordance with Det 9/CC direction.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a Phase-In period in FY22 followed by a Base Year in FY22-23. There are also optional years from FY23-27 with specific start and end dates for each year.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Detachment 9 (Det 9), Luke Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona.
