THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on contract opportunities at https:// sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires a Total Aircraft Washing System. The Total Aircraft Washing System will include the following CLINS:

The requirement shall have all of the following salient characteristics
- Fully self-contained portable cleaning system, designed for aircraft washing flight line or ground support decontamination and cleaning. With dual gun operation, a capacity of 525-gallons of water, 60-gallons of soap, with a pressure delivery system and an auxiliary soap delivery system.
- Diesel engine, 3-cylinder tier IV final compliant water-cooled diesel engine with 6-gallon noncorrosive fuel tank Low engine operating speed reduces noise and extends service life Isolation mounted base plate mounted on 3/16 plate steel
- 12 volt electric starting system with key switch
- Spiral cell battery
- High energy charging system capable provides power to the engine, battery and burner system.
- 5-GPM, 175-PSI Dual gun operation, operator controlled variable pressure wands Industrial triplex ceramic plunger pump
- Oil level eye and dipstick for maintenance
- Belt drive
- Instantaneous Water Heater: Modulating stabilized water heater coil rated 140 degrees, Schedule 80 steel coil, Horizontal fired burner housing 12 volt burner system (no separate generator used to power the burner) 440,000 BTU (maximum input at sea level). System is set to not exceed 150 degrees F
- On-demand auto ignition and flame monitor
- Forced combustion air system with fuel solenoid control valve and fuel filter with replaceable cartridge
- Temperature high limit switch
- Burner thermostat control assures constant temperatures
- 12 gallon fuel oil tank
- Control panel includes; engine start/stop, adjustable water temperature control, and hour meter Fully hinged lockable steel enclosure features full access for service while providing equipment security
- Cross flow air ducting into and out of locking enclosure cools components to manufactures specifications Pressure safety relief valve
- High-pressure rupture disk
- Pump thermal monitoring

- Extended leaf springs for soft ride Lunette eye hitch, with adjustable hitch heights
- 525-gallon UV protected poly water tank integrated and mounted on formed steel frame
- Drain valves on all tanks
- 2 Each 30-gallon soap tanks mounted on formed channel integrated into trailer
- 4 each hose reels. Two for high pressure hose, one for inlet hose, and one for auxiliary soap application
