Background
The contract is issued by the 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) in Tampa, Florida. The mission of the squadron involves supporting the operational readiness of aircraft through various maintenance services.

The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal aircraft wash services over a five-year ordering period with an option for a six-month extension, ensuring that all aircraft are maintained in a clean and operational state.

Work Details
The contractor will perform aircraft wash and wash preparation services, which include:
- Completing aircraft washes no later than nine hours from the scheduled start time, with no more than two late completions per month.
- Completing pre-coordinated washes outside regular hours with no more than one late completion per month.
- Reporting any defects found during pre-wash inspections to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within two hours, with a maximum of one late report per month.
- Ensuring proper configuration of aircraft before and after washes, with specific thresholds for discrepancies allowed per month.
- Maintaining an effective tool and equipment control program to prevent tools being left around aircraft.
- Keeping records of employee training and qualifications available for government review.
- Implementing a Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control program, including inspections and cleanup after washes.
- Providing all necessary consumable supplies for washing services.
- Delivering complete and accurate reports as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
