Description

The purpose of Amendment No. 2 to Solicitation No. 80AFRC19R0008 is to:

1) Revise the narrative for Table 3 on page 47 of the solicitation amendment; and
2) Incorporate revised J-03 Armstrong Flight Research Center PWS dated 14 August 2019.

Please note the additional narrative included for Table 3 does not impact the quantities listed in Table 2 or Table 4. Revised Attachment J-03 Armstrong Flight Research Center PWS dated 14 August 2019 includes changes to Section 6.0 Performance Elements and Appendix 1 - AFRC Aircraft List.
