AIRBORNE MISSION NETWORKING (AbMN) CONTRACTOR LOGISTICS SUPPORT (CLS) AND FULL RATE PRODUCTION   3

The Government has a requirement for support of the production, integration, testing, modernization, and sustainment of the highly specialized Airborne Mission Networking (AbMN) system contained in the modified MC-130J fleet. The resultant contract will include Airborne Mission Networking (AbMN) MC-130J System Engineering, Software Modification, System Test and Evaluation and support, Technical Data Package (TDP) updates, Production Modification Kit buys, Spares, and support services to include CLS, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) - Engineering Services and Technical Refreshes, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Monitoring & Resolution, Provisioning, Configuration Management, Travel, Data, and Technical Order Management. The resultant contract is planned to have a period of performance of five (5) years, consisting of five (5) annual ordering periods.

The authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
