Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior award history for Air University indicates a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contracting with Parchment for transcript ordering and fulfillment services under FA330024G0001, including an IDV valued at $435,674 (05/10/24–05/09/29) and additional related contract actions in FY25–FY26. These efforts appear similar to the current requirement because they involve issuing and fulfilling academic credentials (transcripts/diploma-related records) for AU, and the current solicitation expands that capability into an enterprise-wide subscription for comprehensive digital and physical diploma generation, management, and issuing.
