Work Details
The project involves the construction of the Air Traffic Control Tower at Kelly Field. The statement of work includes provisions for justifying delays, time impact analysis, forensic schedule analysis, fragnet preparation, time extension approval, impact to early completion schedule, failure to achieve progress, recovery schedule submission, ownership of float, transfer of schedule data into RMS/QCS, and mandatory requirements for Primavera P6 usage.
