Air Traffic Control - Elizabeth City   2

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is procuring Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower and Weather Observation/Augmentation Services to support operations for the Non-Federal Contract Tower (NFCF) at Air Station Elizabeth City (ASEC), North Carolina.

The mission of the USCG is to ensure that the Air Station has qualified personnel to manage, operate, staff, and provide necessary services for safe and efficient air traffic control and weather observation.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, materials, required equipment, supplies, services, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. Ensure safe, orderly, and expeditious movement of air traffic;
2. Fulfill all associated administrative functions;
3. Complete documentation in compliance with regulations;
4. Provide weather observations and reports during operational hours;
5. Maintain historical weather observation forms as required by federal regulations;
6. Ensure all controllers are trained and certified according to FAA standards;
7. Comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods: Base period from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026; Option periods extend from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027; August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028; August 1, 2028 to July 31, 2029; and August 1, 2029 to July 31, 2030.
