This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70Z03026QCLEV0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), request to complete inspection and testing of installed fire alarms and suppression system IAW the attached SOW.

*** For this solicitation, DHS USCG intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DHS USCG is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. 5. Inspecting/testing all fire alarm panels in specified buildings and replacing faulty components such as photo/smoke detectors and pull handle stations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 90 days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the Contractor’s facilities with visits to the United States Coast Guard at AIR STATION DETROIT located at 1461 N. Perimeter Rd., Selfridge ANGB, Mt. Clemens, MI.
