Background
The Government is seeking information from contractors capable of providing shuttle bus services for the Air Show 2026 at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), South Carolina. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient transportation for up to 6,000 guests over a three-day event, highlighting the importance of logistical support in military and public events.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to transport passengers from designated parking lot bus stops to event bus stops on Shaw AFB. The services include:
- Transporting up to 6,000 guests over the course of three days.
- Operating two bus routes exclusively on Shaw AFB.
- Buses will operate from 0900 to 1900 on March 27-29, 2026.
- Buses will wait approximately 5 minutes or until full before moving between stops.
- A bus route map will be provided for drivers.
- In case of medical emergencies, the contractor must call the medical group number provided by the Government.
- The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards and will be liable for any damages resulting from carelessness.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-day period from March 27 to March 29, 2026.
