THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

(U) The ARSR4R-HI program has prepared a document with information detailing the aperture size that would be technically optimal to meet ARSR4R-HI program requirements. The document contains classified information that is marked Secret No Foreign (SECRET//NOFORN). Thus, this information may not be released in any form to foreign governments, foreign nationals, foreign organizations, or non-U.S. citizens. The company shall be a United States (US) Industrial Based Company, shall not have foreign influences, shall ensure that the classified information can only be viewed and handled by US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information.

(U) To receive the classified document, please send the following to Ms. Nicole Martinelli, nicole.martinelli.1@us.af.mil, and cc Ms. Pam Bumbaca, pamela.bumbaca.1@us.af.mil, and Nathan Childs, nathan.childs.3@us.af.mil:

1. Company Name
2. CAGE Code
3. Documentation of having a Facility Security Clearance (FSC)
4. Confirmation of being a US Industrial Based Company (additional proof may be requested)
5. Confirmation that only US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information will view and handle the classified information (additional proof may be requested)
6. SIPR email address
7. Classified mailing address if SIPR unavailable

Once the preceding information has been verified, the Government will send the classified document starting on 28 May 2024.
