Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norflk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement type contract to Arne Freefall Solutions under Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation; and Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by 6.302-1. This service contract is for Air Proficient/Sustainment Operations Services in support of U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EODGRU TWO).

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of air operations support services including military freefall and static line parachute operations, air operations instructors, parachute rigging services, lift tickets for EODMU EIGHT Air Operations, Military Canopy Course of Instruction for air operations instructors, USPA Accelerated Freefall Instructor Course of Instruction, and USPA Coach Course of Instruction.
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, facilities and equipment necessary to execute the required services.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for the contract is from June 1, 2023 to November 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The performance work will take place at a certified Drop Zone (DZ) listed on the USAF AMC Zone Availability Report (ZAR) within fifty (50) miles of the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia.
