Air National Guard (ANG) Fiscal Year 2027 Planned Design and Construction Projects

Background
The Air National Guard (ANG) is seeking Architect-Engineer (A-E) and Construction vendors for various projects planned for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027. This posting serves as an informational notice regarding the Integrated Priority List (IPL) of construction projects and design requirements funded by the National Guard Bureau (NGB).

The IPL includes Military Construction (MILCON) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) projects but excludes Installation/Base level funded projects. Each project's procurement method will be determined at the Installation/Base level.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a variety of construction tasks including repairs, renovations, demolitions, and new constructions across multiple facilities. Specific projects include:
1. Repair Fire Suppression at Hangar 11 in Alaska.
2. Construct Rapid Airfield Damage Repair Pad in Arkansas.
3. Repair Primary Electrical Distribution System in Arizona.
4. Repair Roof Maintenance Hangar in California.
5. Repair Base Infrastructure in California.
6. Repair Cyber Operations Building in California.
7. Repair Corrosion Control Composite Facility in Connecticut.
8. Demolish Buildings 2819 & 2829 in Delaware.
9. Repair Small Maintenance Hangar in Florida.
10. Repair Storm Drainage in Georgia.
11. Various repairs across multiple states including Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and others.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over the Fiscal Year 2027 timeframe.

Various locations across the United States including but not limited to Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet specific requirements such as holding appropriate contractor or trade licenses relevant to the construction tasks outlined in the IPL. Additionally, bidders may need to provide bid/payment/performance bonds as required by individual project specifications.
