Background
The Air Force Total Ownership Cost system (AFTOC) is seeking sustainment support for the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA). AFTOC collects, compiles, stores, and standardizes data from various Air Force data sources to provide detailed operating and support cost information on major weapon systems and sub-systems. The contract aims to obtain Department of Defense functional and system subject matter expertise to support the AFTOC program mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing sustainment support of the AFTOC system, including database management, data production expertise, and integration of disparate data systems to provide DoD managers with access to integrated cost and logistics information. Additionally, the contractor will provide Information Technology (IT) and server support for the AFTOC system in the DISA milCloud 2.0 environment and Hill AFB UT enclave as required. The contractor shall collect, test, transform, present, and archive data on web servers maintained in designated environments. All products related to AFTOC are government property and shall be returned upon request or at the end of the contract period.
