The Air Force Systems Networking (AFSN) is seeking network engineering and integration services through a contract. The objective of the contract is to provide support for the design, implementation, integration, and management of network solutions for highly complex requirements within the Air Force Information Network (AFIN) and the Air Force Enterprise Network. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as network systems technical support, network systems implementation support, integration facility support, project management support, circuit actions, and internet protocol (IP) address management. The place of performance will be at AFSN facilities at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex in Alabama, with travel required to various Air Force and Department of Defense sites within the United States and internationally. The work hours will generally be Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with travel and weekend work as needed.

The scope of work includes conducting site surveys, installing and configuring network equipment, troubleshooting network issues, developing implementation plans, providing cybersecurity services, conducting integration testing, managing IP address space, and supporting project management activities. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with DoD standards and regulations, coordinating with base personnel for approvals and inspections, and delivering required documentation such as test reports and as-built drawings. The contractor will need to have expertise in network engineering and possess certifications in project management. The contract will include firm-fixed-price tasks as well as cost-reimbursement tasks for certain activities.
