Air Force, Men's and Women's Dress Coats and Military District of Washington Dress Coat

The items are Coat, Women's, P/W, Serge, AF, Shade #1620; Coat, Men's, P/W, Serge, AF Shade #1620 and Coat, Men's, MDW, Shade 150.

The applicable NSNs for this procurement are 8410-01-377-9326(s) (AF Women's Coat), 8405-01-375-5649(s) (AF Men's Coat) and 8405-01-493-7725(s) (MDW Men's Coat). Techncial Documents are attached to the solicitaion and interim changes to the techncial documents are contained in Section C of the solicitation. The purchase quantity for the one year base and four option periods are contatined in Section B of the solicitation.

The Air Force and MDW Coats will require source inspection and price will be FOB Destination. The first delivery order is due 90 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric (Cloth, P/W, Serge, Air Force, Shade #1620) for the Air Force Coat and (Cloth, Wool, Elastique, MDW, Shade #150) for the MDW Coat, which will be sold to the Contractor by the Government. The storage facility for the cloth is in a depot in Lansing, MI. The destination for the MDW Coats is (VSTQ) Pendergrass, GA. The destination for the Air Force Coats is (VSTZ) Austin, TX.
