Air Force Intranet Control III (AFINC III) Support 26 Cyber Operations Group – Maxwell Gunter Air Force Base

Background
The 26 Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) is seeking support to operate, manage, and defend the Air Force portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN). The squadron maintains network infrastructure for maneuverability and defense of both classified and unclassified networks. The primary location for this acquisition is Maxwell Gunter AFB, with JBSA Lackland AFB as an alternate operating location.

Work Details
The contractor is required to manage activities related to training and exercises support, develop information briefs, coordinate with higher, adjacent, and coalition force planners and analysts, support exercise execution and create lessons learned. Additionally, the contractor must provide intelligence services and solutions by facilitating Requests for Information (RFI), participating in Tactics Review Board (TRB) meetings, providing data usable for course of action development, preparing threat data for analysis, providing adversary cyberspace TTP analysis, and producing situation briefs and tactical intelligence reports. Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for obtaining Mission Ready (MR) status on all AFINC Operator crew positions within 90 days of being scheduled by Government Operations Training. The contractor must also provide project management services to plan, design, execute, monitor, control, and close projects within the 26 NOS area of responsibility. Additionally, the contractor is required to maintain and administer the integrated data management system for collection, control, publishing, and delivery of all program documents.
