Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 97th Air Mobility Wing at Altus Air Force Base in Oklahoma, is issuing a competitive requirement for the Bulk Fuel Fence Repair. The goal of this contract is to enhance security and functionality at the base through the replacement and installation of fencing and drainage systems.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Demolishing the existing fence, which consists of six double swing gates and two single swing gates;
- Replacing it with a new fuel yard fence;
- Installing three new double swing gates and one single swing gate;
- Ensuring grounding is compliant with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) Entry 4-022-03 for Security Fences and Gates;
- Demolishing an existing concrete drainage ditch; and
- Constructing a new drainage swale.

Period of Performance
The anticipated duration of the contract period is from May 2025 to October 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
