AMENDMENT 5

Revise the following document as follows:

Attachment L10, Revised FFP Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate Table dated 10 July 2020 corrects formulas in Tabs: "TAB A - TEP" line 27 and "TAB B - TEP" line 28.

AMENDMENT 4

The following attachments are included:

Attachment L3_Q&A, Revised Section L, L2, L5, L9, L10, and L11. See SF30 FA890320R00030004 Summary of Changes.
